The man might have received professional training before as he seem to be trying to get the elderly to actively participate in the activity which he is doing. The elderly seem to be quite interested as most of them are following his actions.

Conversation
I agree that some people worry too much about things. These people tend to give themselves unwanted trouble by worrying too much. Worrying too much about things might result in a person turning mad or even losing their mind. My family, my school work are some of the things that can make me worry. People should make themselves more relaxed and enjoy the peace at a garden or something to deal with and forget their worries.
